A retractable patio covers is just what it sounds like, it covers your patio. I never even thought about this until I had a patio and realized how hot it gets sitting out in the sun. Stupid right? My patio is right up against my house and it has pretty much become my new favorite room. But the sun kills me after a little while in the summer time. So I got me a patio cover but the problem is that it block the sunlight from shining into my house. I don’t like that. I like having the sun shine in my windows as I find it cheery and uplifting.

So I’m looking into retractable patio covers. A retractable patio cover retracts and rolls up out of the way. It retracts up next to the house and lets the sun shine in.  I work at home and I like to work in the kitchen where the sun used to shine in through the sliding glass doors. Now it’s pretty dark in the kitchen and I like a lot of sunlight.

A retractable patio covers rolls up and allows the light to shine in when you want. It works with via a mehanical remote device. A fun little controller you use to operate your retractable patio covers. The problem now is some retractabe patio covers are quite expensive and others aren’t and I would like to know the difference. What is the differnce between high quality retractable patio covers and low quality retractable patio covers?

One thing I do like is that when yo uhava a retractable patio cover it eliminates the need for poles to hold up your patio cover. The poles are a little unsightly in my opinion. I don’t like the poles much.
